Atlas Sports is first and foremost a roleplay community — you build a persona, take a seat in a department, and work alongside people who chose to be here. What makes Atlas different is what that community actually does: we operate a sports news network. Reporters chase stories. Editors send them back. Producers cut the graphics. Everything we publish moves through the same pipeline a real network uses.
We cover four beats — the NFL, the NBA, college football and college basketball — and we cover them like they matter.

Assignments come out of News Operations with a named desk and a deadline. Nothing floats unclaimed.

Editorial & Research reads every draft for accuracy, sourcing and house style before it can move forward.
- III.Every seat reports upward.
Associates answer to a manager, managers to a director, directors to the executive office. That is the oldest rule at Atlas.
